Our priority is to provide our clients with a safe, happy and enjoyable experience with us. Everyone is welcome.
Please check to to see if you require a patch test (in service description) these need to be done these at least 48 hours before your appointment & can be booked online. Appointments cancelled with under 24 hour notice may be subject to charge.
Some treatments may require a small deposit at time of booking. This will always be deduced from your bill at salon check out & we do not store your bank details.
If you have any queries or questions ahead of your appointment or require any amendments which may be needed during your visit please feel free to get in touch, we love to chat!

Please note: Deposits are non-refundable and need to be paid at least 48 hours beforehand. You can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking (24 hours notice minimum).
Deposits are only currently taken when booking services which are longer than 1 hour in our diary as protection against unpaid staff hours. Your deposit will be taken off the final bill at checkout 💜
