It is a nurturing hands-on energetic process to release stress, tension, stuck feelings, and emotions. You will experience the light touch on key parts of your head which encourages the brainwaves to slow down into a deep meditative state and your subconscious to automatically start to let go of limiting thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Think of it like an automatic, gentle mind reset.

It is incredibly beneficial in cases of stress, overthinking, anxiety, burnout, depression, PTSD, and ADHD.
