Christmas is just over 6 weeks away!

If you haven’t already got your Pre Christmas appointment booked,
please act quickly as our diary is nearly full!

The salon will be closed between Christmas and New year.
The last day for appointments will be Saturday 23rd December.
The salon will re-open on Tuesday 2nd January 2024..

The ella team really enjoy the buzz in the salon during the run up to the festivities...

It is our busiest time of year, we love hearing about your plans and getting you ready for parties.
We also love giving you back some 'pamper' time as we know how busy you can be too!

We totally understand that life happens and plans change but please give us at least 48 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we have a chance to fill that appointment slot. 



We will be strictly applying our cancellation fees throughout December.

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
(unless we can fill the slot from our cancellation list, we hope you think that's fair)

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
