Important Booking T&C update

Due to a really large amount of late cancellations & no shows lately we have been left with no choice but to add card capture onto our online booking system. These are never easy decisions but unfortunately we feel at present we have no other option.
We would really appreciate your support with this but will take any feedback on board as we will review the policy again in a months time however for now until the situation improves you will be charged 50% of the total treatment value for any no shows and 50% for any last minute cancellations.
We know the majority of our clients are very respectful of our time so we are happy for you to book via phone or social media if you don’t want to input your details but please bare with us when responding and always leave a voicemail.
